Each PLAYER is required participate in a fundraiser.
Thank you for signing your child up to play soccer and/or volleyball for St. Joseph,
for those of you new to the program WELCOME!
In the past our fundraiser has asked you to purchase card to different area establishments for $20-$25 with an opt out option of $15. This fall we are going to do a raffle as our fundraiser. The raffle will give you 3 tickets for $15, $5 each.
HOW THE FUNDRAISER/UNIFORM PICK UP WORKS
When you get to the gym to pick up your uniform please enter the fundraiser line. You will be asked to purchase 3 raffle tickets per child, per sport for $15. You can either fill them out and return them that day or you can sell them to family members or friends to make your money back then return the ticket to one of the concession stands by Sept. 21st 2018. Tickets can be paid for using CASH OR CHECK ONLY. This CANNOT be the same check as you are going to use for your uniform deposit.
Once your fundraiser is taken care of you will be given a ticket to take with you to get your uniform. Please choose your uniform from one of the tables. Then proceed to either the soccer or volleyball table. You will give them your ticket and tell them the coaches name. They will then make sure no one else on the team has the number your child has chosen. If no one else has that number you will be asked for your $50 deposit check. This is per uniform, per sport, per child. If another child has already chosen that number you will be asked to pick out a new number. UNIFORM SIZES AND NUMBERS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
Deposit checks are not cashed unless uniforms are not returned at one of the scheduled return dates.

PRE-K AND KINDERGARTEN SOCCER UNIFORM HAND OUT DAY
St. Joseph t-shirts, hats, and visors will also be sold at the uniform hand outs.

Note: Head coaches will not be required to
work concession stand duty nor will their children
have to complete the required fundraiser.
Head Coaches will be charged a concession stand deposit that will be refunded once equipment has been returned.
Player (1st Grade and older) Requirements:
- Must have a valid youth CYC card to participate in any games.
- Must indicate if they will or may be participating on a club team or not.
Will your child be playing on another basketball team that will have games scheduled to be played afterJanuary 1, 2018? This includes but not limited to Windsor Middle School, Herculaneum Middle School, any team participating in the Fox basketball league or any team playing in another organized league / tournament other than CYC.
Head Coach and Assistant Coach Requirements:
- Must have a valid CYC card.
- Must have completed Coaching Concepts and obtained a Coaching ID from CYC that has both a photo ID and their coaching concepts number.
- Must have completed Protecting God’s Children, Missouri Background Check and Code of Ethical Conduct.
